Some of the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Strategy;
- Establish and communicate the company’s digital strategy.
- Implement best practices and processes, ensuring consistent delivery of digital projects.
- Develop and implement company digitalisation policies and procedures.
- Scope opportunities for accelerated digital innovation.
- Establish the areas of greatest “value-added” potential.
- Monitor and report progress against overall business strategy.
Digitalisation;
- Establish and manage a healthy backlog of digitalisation initiatives.
- Ensure consistent delivery of value-adding projects/products/services.
- Work with the business to engage and educate employees on digital technology.
- Drive design-thinking within digitalisation projects.
- Manage relationships with partners/key third parties, focusing on performance management against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
Business Transformation;
- Promote open dialogue on transformation.
- Identify current on-going transformation initiatives.
- Identify potential transformation initiatives.
- Encourage transformation initiatives.
- Investigate and implement new collaborative ways of working.
- Any other duties as required by the Chief Financial Officer.
Suitable applicants should ideally have:
- University Degree
- Extensive Project Management
- Experience in Digital and Transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of offshore drilling
- Ability to communicate to all levels across the business.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage resistance to change.
- Proven logical thinker.
- Driven and passionate about the business
